Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026 · Version: 1.0

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) are a binding agreement between you and Inet Innovation Inc., doing business as ReelShowing (“ReelShowing,” “we,” “us“). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The service

ReelShowing is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users transform raw property tour videos into short-form social media clips. The service includes upload, transcription, AI-assisted clip selection, video rendering, an in-app royalty-free music library, optional background music upload, and download/delivery of finished clips.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree to provide accurate information at signup, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Account creation requires explicit acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We log the time and version of your acceptance. If we materially change these Terms we will notify you and require re-acceptance.

4. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior charges. We may change pricing on 30 days’ notice. Free-tier accounts are subject to render quotas described in-app and may include a “ReelShowing” watermark on rendered output.

5. Your content

5.1 Ownership. You retain all rights to the video footage and audio you upload (your “User Content“). You grant ReelShowing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, transcode, store, transmit, and modify your User Content solely as needed to operate the service for you (for example, generating clips, captions, and rendered output you request).

5.2 Your warranties. You represent and warrant that (a) you own your User Content or have all necessary rights and licenses to upload it and have it processed by the service, (b) your User Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, (c) your User Content complies with all applicable laws including U.S. fair housing laws if applicable to your use, and (d) any music or audio you upload is either your original work, in the public domain, or properly licensed for the commercial use you intend to make of it.

5.3 User-uploaded music. If you upload your own background music, you affirm that you own the rights or hold a valid license to use it commercially in videos you produce and publish. ReelShowing does not verify the rights status of user-uploaded audio. If you are uncertain, use the in-app music library, which is licensed for commercial use.

5.4 Removal. We may remove User Content at any time without notice if we believe it violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or in response to a DMCA notice.

6. In-app music library

The in-app music library contains tracks licensed from third-party royalty-free music providers. When you select a track from this library and include it in a rendered clip, you are doing so under the providers’ license terms, which permit commercial use in published videos. We curate and pre-filter the library to exclude tracks flagged with platform Content ID systems, but we make no warranty that any specific publishing platform will or will not flag your content. See our Music Licenses page for further guidance.

7. Rendered output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the final rendered video files we generate from your User Content. You are responsible for how you use, distribute, and publish those rendered files, including compliance with the terms of any platform you publish them to.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of ReelShowing is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

9. Intellectual property & DMCA

The service, its design, code, and trademarks are owned by ReelShowing and its licensors. You receive no rights to them except as expressly granted here. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy for how to file a notice. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and will terminate accounts of users who are subject to repeated valid takedown notices.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelShowing and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the service, (c) your violation of these Terms or any law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELSHOWING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELSHOWING’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, including under our repeat-infringer policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; we may delete your User Content after a reasonable period unless required to retain it by law.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and ReelShowing each waive any right to a jury trial.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is shown at the top of this page.
